Refund Policy
At Catch 30 Productions LLC, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients with all video production services. However, in certain cases, refunds may be requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure our services and compensate for the time and resources allocated to the project. By paying the deposit, the Client confirms the booking, and we begin reserving time, staff, and equipment for the project.
2. Cancellations
-
Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels a project, the deposit will be forfeited. Additional fees may apply for expenses already incurred by Catch 30 Productions LLC, including, but not limited to, pre-production costs, travel expenses, and any third-party costs associated with the project.
-
Cancellation by Catch 30 Productions LLC: If we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit. Catch 30 Productions LLC is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from our cancellation.
3. Refunds on Completed Work
Due to the customized nature of video production, once a project has been completed and the final product delivered, refunds will not be provided. We commit to open communication during the production process, including revision rounds as agreed upon per project. Any dissatisfaction with the final product should be communicated promptly, and we will work with the Client to address minor adjustments where possible.
4. Dissatisfaction with Service
In the unlikely event the Client is dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage them to reach out immediately to discuss the specific concerns. We are committed to resolving issues within the scope of the original agreement but are unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal taste or preferences that deviate from the approved project scope.
5. Scope Changes and Additional Fees
Refunds will not be issued for additional fees incurred from scope changes requested by the Client. Any adjustments beyond the initial agreement are subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to implementation.
6. Timeliness of Refund Requests
All refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of project cancellation or delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered for refunds.
7. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs
In cases where third-party vendors or contractors have been engaged for the project, any associated costs will be non-refundable. Examples include, but are not limited to, licensing fees, location rentals, and talent fees. These costs will be disclosed in advance and will remain non-refundable regardless of project status.
