Event footage loses value every day you wait
A conference recap delivered three weeks late is a rerun. Here is why we deliver raw files in under 12 hours, and why the window matters.
There is a window after every event where people are still talking about it. Attendees are posting photos, speakers are sharing their panels, and everyone who skipped it is quietly checking what they missed. That window lasts about three days. Most recap videos show up three weeks later, after the conversation has moved on.
At Human Tech Week in San Francisco we delivered raw files in under twelve hours, while sessions were still running. The client had day-one footage working for them before day two started. Their social team cut clips during the event, speakers got their segments while they still cared, and the recap shipped while attendees were still tagging the venue.
How to make fast turnaround possible
Speed at delivery starts before the shoot. We build a run-of-show with the client so the crew knows which moments matter, we shoot interviews minutes after speakers walk off stage, and we offload and organize cards during the event instead of after it. None of that is glamorous. All of it is why footage arrives while it is still news.
If you are booking coverage for a conference or a launch, ask one question before you sign anything: when do I get the files? If the answer is measured in weeks, the recap will be a rerun. It should be measured in hours.
